Great spot. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location - walking distance to most things. Hotel staff were very courteous and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The location was definitely good and the breakfast buffet was not bad either. Will be nice to have more kid friendly dishes - i.e mini pancakes, smaller waffles and etc. Loved the indoor pool, especially the heated jacuzzi pool and the sauna facilities during the winter season.

Location, most definitely. It was convenient to walk to anywhere. If you are into luxury shopping, the big brand names are just along side the hotel, making it super convenient (coz shopping closes at 5 pm). Lune is just across the street so you can decide when to queue (coz there’s always a queue). Room is big. Stayed on the 27th floor, King Room with river view. Beautiful view of the Yarra River and you can see the entire landscape of Melbourne. Bed is comfortable. They provide Balmain soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Gym is very well equipped, nice and comfortable.

Had a little getaway with my 1 year old and had the most relaxing time. The staff went above and beyond, nothing was too difficult. From the valet, to assisting with bags. But the most enjoyable and a big thanks to James and his team from the Club Lounge where we decided to dine most meals, not only extremely accessible and easy for us, but because the staff were just incredible, and so helpful in so many ways. The moment we entered the Club on every occasion, the staff brought a high chair over, brought my son and I both drinks and even held him whilst I chose our food when my hands were full, which they didn’t have to do but again, nothing was off limits for them. It left a huge smile on both our faces. So we will be back for sure! Thank you team!
